Ramp Rollover
An excellent rollover
competition saw 290 Armco Andy and veteran 123 Chris Cross share the win with
both racers competing for charity.
Allcomers - 327 Legard again off the mark to take 85 Yaxley round with 184 Ledbury also wading in but getting spun by 152 Sargent. 67 Beasley runs 860 Bonkers in as 528 Wisey runs 732 Reynolds into the back of Ledbury. 607 Darryl Tozer clatters 777 Tipper as Bungee neatly runs Bonkers into the stationary Legard. 851 Bode gets put in hard by Tipper then gets blown up by 34 Belcher as Tricky attacks Reynolds with Sargent also applying a shot to the latter. Beasley gives Yaxley a shot as Bungee attacks Wisey, 791 Tricky takes the win ahead of 67 Beasley & 252 Bignell.
Result: 791 Aaron Rowland, 67 Rickie Beasley, 252 Will Bignell
Demolition Derby - 327 Legard gets a good jacking from 67 Beasley as 732 Reynolds comes under fire from SID cars as 253 Bungee goes flat out into 152 Sargent. 34 Belcher comes inside out at 85 Yaxley only to be superbly wasted by Bungee who then gets done by 791 Tricky. 152 takes further punishment from 151 Stuart Timms who is then attacked by 528 Wisey & 777 Tipper. 252 Bignell gets sandwiched by Tricky & 888 Croshaw as Wisey picks up and runs Bungee round the wall, Bungee then taking a big shot from Beasley leaving just 580 Dippy Dave to be finished by Tricky & Tipper. The two SID cars then inexplicably turned off to share the cash leaving most people feeling Dippy Dave to be the true winner.
Quite a lively session by the small cars with many jacked up rear ends, unfortunately the meeting will probably be remembered by the dismal end to the DD. A shame as Team Black had shown just the meeting before how to entertain everyone with a blinding DD performance.
